on Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Greenside Community Centre, 24 Lilestone Street, Marylebone, London NW8 3SR

on Thursdays from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at Greenside Community Centre, 24 Lilestone Street, Marylebone, London NW8 3SR

on Saturdays from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Queen’s Park (near the bandstand), Kilburn, London NW6 6SG

on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Paddington Recreation Ground, Randolph Avenue, Maida Vale, London W9 1PD
